General Terms and Conditions

1.in general
I run a private business and therefore I am compelled to deliver the goods
only by cash on delivery with German Post or UPS. Before you will always be
informed by email.

2.Delivery and Payment
There is no minimun order. With orders less than $1000 we have to charge the
usual postage and if you wish a special delivery of your goods, then we have
to charge the locally customary addition.

4.Return and complaint
We grant you for unused goods the right of return only if made within 14 days
from receipt of goods. The same is valid with complaints of the goods. We
only accept the return of the goods if they are prepaid.

5.data registration
According to §28 of the Federal Right of Data Protection we have the right to
work and store the necessary datas. Personal datas will be treated in
confidence.

6.Legal domicile
The place of performance and legal domicile of both parts is the residence of
"www. harleycollectibles.de. It is exclusively valid the right of the
Federal Republic of Germany.
